The fine print, kept short.

Eligibility. The $300 gift card is paid to the referrer (you) within 14 days of your referred friend's loan settling with NMS. There's no cap on the number of referrals you can make. The referred friend is under no obligation to proceed at any stage.

Consent. You must have your friend's permission before sharing their details. We take this seriously — if your friend tells us they didn't consent to being referred, we'll respect that and the referral won't proceed.

No advice given by you. By referring your friend, you're simply introducing them to NMS. You're not providing credit assistance or financial advice, and you take no responsibility for their decisions. All credit assistance, recommendations, and product selection is provided by NMS under our Australian Credit Licence arrangements.

How we use details. The contact details you provide for your friend are used only to make a one-time introduction. If your friend doesn't wish to proceed, their details are removed from our system in line with our Privacy Policy.

Gift card terms. Gift cards are issued via a major retailer at NMS's discretion (e.g. major retail chains, supermarket, or hospitality voucher). The referrer must provide a valid email address to receive the gift card. The gift card is not redeemable for cash.
